From day one, Michael hit the ground running. He lined up the title company, set up the initial walk through, the inspections, sold the items left in the house, brought the home from the 80’s to 2024, cleaned up the landscape, kept me up to date on all the paper work and behind the scene activities, and the big one, he got the solar panel company’s lien off her home. (Solar companies are a nightmare to work with.) I know, you might say all this is to be expected from a realtor. I’d say Michael made the whole process stress free. I only stress I had was self-induced.

Michael exceeded all expectations! I’ve known Michael personally for many years, but I’d never worked with him as my realtor.
